SCF has recently partnered with MERCY STREET DALLAS for the purpose of promoting racial reconciliation thru’ genuine relationships, through MENTORING, SPORTS & LEADERSHIP.

MERCY STREET DALLAS is positioned in historically underserved neighborhoods of Dallas and exists to mentor the next generation of Christian leaders from the inner city for the inner city.  We believe the people best equipped to face the issues of their community already live there.  Therefore we want to empower the kids to grow up fulfilling their God-given potential, knowing their God-given purpose.

IMPACT. We walk alongside children and their families to close opportunity gaps and ignite transformational change. Through Christ-centered programming and mentorship, we develop the innate talents and strengths of our students to become tomorrow’s leaders.  

OUTCOME. A kid's dreams should not be defined by their neighborhood or who they know. Mentorship creates opportunity for kids to be empowered and encouraged to overcome obstacles. We aim to equip our mentees to follow Christ and become the future leaders of inner city Dallas morally, spiritually, and economically.

The mentoring program not only transforms mentees, but makes life changing impact on mentors.
